Can I have a day off skiing or snowboarding during my stay?

As Queenstown has so much to offer besides skiing and snowboarding, you are welcome to take A NOMINATED DAY OFF, BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.
Let us know your plans IN ADVANCE, and we will not charge for your NOMINATED DAY OFF. This may be arranged in store at the time of your rental fit-out.
Can I swap my skis for a snowboard and vice versa?

Yes, we have a full range of packages available in-store. We make it easy.
Can I get fitted-out the day before we start skiing?
Yes, your charge is from your first day on snow
